Our Story

Chef Michael Torres opened Ember & Oak in 2018 with a singular vision: the best meals start with the best ingredients. Every dish celebrates Texas's agricultural abundance and culinary heritage.

We work directly with 50+ local farms and producers, changing our menu with the seasons. From summer tomatoes to winter squash, every plate tells a story of our community and the farmers who make it all possible.
